By accessing or using Budgetsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You retain ownership of the financial documents and data you import. The Service processes your data solely to produce your personal dashboard and does not share it with third parties.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, analyze, or attempt to derive the underlying algorithms, methods, parsing rules, extraction heuristics, money-in-hand formula, net worth automation logic, or any other proprietary processes of Budgetsy.
You may not use automated systems (including scripts, crawlers, or bulk uploaders) to submit content to the Service in quantities intended to probe, benchmark, or reverse-engineer its behavior. Abuse of the import or pull pipelines will result in rate-limiting or suspension.
The Service, including its backend logic, parsing pipeline, and user interface, is the proprietary property of Budgetsy and is protected by applicable copyright and trade-secret law. You receive no rights to the Service except the limited license to use it granted by these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Financial summaries are informational only and do not constitute financial advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
